A few tips for the install
You can easily swap these into your existing fixtures, but there’s a catch. Shortwave infrared is powerful. If you mount the light too low, it’s going to feel like you’re standing too close to a campfire. Not exactly the vibe you want for a morning shower. We suggest keeping the ceiling height at least 2.2 meters. This gives the heat room to spread out. You’ll get those dry, clean walls you’re looking for without feeling like you’re being toasted alive.
