Steam and splashes are everywhere, and water and high-voltage electricity are a terrible mix. That’s why we went with an IP66 rating. It sounds technical, but all it really means is that we used heavy-duty gaskets and sealed the cable entries tight. Nothing is getting in there. We also use high-grade quartz glass because it doesn’t crack when it goes from ice-cold to piping hot in a room full of humidity. It just works.
